I really enjoy the 30 min workouts. Just getting back from a back injury means 30 min is about all I can do right now. Also they are easy to fit into my busy day. I also appreciate the options that are shown so I can slowly work back up to full range of motion.
I just did my first 30 minute workout and loved it! It's a doable length of time for me right now getting back to exercise after a year of illness! Thanks for providing this option :)
