Self Awakening Yoga is a restorative and somatic Yoga practice. It is a beautiful practice aimed to create a somatic experience and deeper connection to self. In the words of Self Awakening Yoga co-founder, Don Stapleton, "We are here to unfold the uniqueness of each individual. Technique is not a substitute for consciousness." We will step away from traditional Asana practice and into an exploration of how our bodies want to move intuitively.
